Introduction and Scope

The agreement between bk991 and every registered player on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bk991 ("we", "us", "the platform") and every person ("you", "the player") who registers an account, accesses any page, or places any bet on the bk991 platform at https://bk991.vip. By completing registration or using any service on bk991, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bk991.

bk991 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bk991 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility

Who may register and maintain a bk991 account.

To be eligible to open and maintain a bk991 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active. bk991 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is prohibited. bk991 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.
• You must not use bk991 if you are subject to a self-exclusion order, a court-imposed prohibition on gambling, or any other legal restriction that prevents you from accessing betting or casino services. Compliance with applicable local laws is solely your responsibility.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period in line with our fraud prevention and KYC obligations. All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. bk991 does not make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account may result in the request being declined and the account flagged for review.
• Deposits are intended for betting and gaming purposes only. bk991 is not a payment processing or money transfer service. If funds are deposited with no intention of using them for bets or games, bk991 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and return funds to the originating payment method.
• Transaction limits vary by payment method, account tier, and KYC status. Current minimum and maximum limits are displayed in your account dashboard. bk991 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including for individual accounts based on risk assessment outcomes.
• Funds remaining dormant in your bk991 wallet for twelve consecutive months with no login activity may be subject to an inactivity fee as stated in the fee schedule published in your account area. bk991 will endeavour to notify you before any such fee is applied.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The conduct standards that apply when placing bets or playing games on bk991.

bk991 operates a sportsbook and casino platform where bets and wagers are placed on real-time markets and game outcomes. All bets are final once confirmed. bk991 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error, including incorrect amounts, wrong selections, or bets placed on the wrong market. Players are solely responsible for verifying the details of their bets before confirmation.

• bk991 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a manifest error in the odds display, system error, or data feed failure. Winnings resulting from manifest errors will not be paid and are not binding on bk991.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at bk991's discretion. Bets placed before a market is suspended are settled based on the final event outcome unless stated otherwise in the specific rules for that market.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game studios. bk991 has no ability to influence game outcomes. Live dealer game results are determined by real physical outcomes visible on the live stream. Disputes about game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the game session ending.
• Any player found using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage will have their account immediately closed and balance subject to forfeiture. This prohibition applies across all sections of bk991 including sportsbook, slots, live casino, and crash games.

Account Suspension and Termination

Circumstances under which bk991 may restrict or permanently close an account.

bk991 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of voided bets or cancelled bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, using prohibited software, or conducting fraudulent transactions.
• bk991 is required to suspend the account in order to comply with applicable law, a regulatory requirement, an anti-money-laundering obligation, or a court order.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and has not responded to reactivation communications sent to the registered email or mobile number.

Amendments to These Terms

How and when bk991 may update these Terms and Conditions.

bk991 may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly changes your rights or obligations — we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the bk991 platform prior to the change taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice.

The version of these Terms currently published at https://bk991.vip/terms-conditions is the version in force. If you continue to use bk991 after an amended version has been published, you are deemed to have accepted the amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using bk991 and may request account closure by contacting support.
